At Manga Arabia Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your item doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and submit a formal request.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached; items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  Handover to Courier

  Once your request is approved, our shipping partner will contact you to collect the package from your doorstep at your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
